Tim Bauer

is an accomplished entrepreneur and software industry veteran. Tim spent 15 years in-house with Microsoft, including eight years as manager of Microsoft’s consulting services teams in the southwestern United States. In 2005, Tim left Microsoft to co-found strategic IT consultancy Valore Partners which until recently did business under the dba Statera Southwest.

Pete Miller

is a cofounder of Valore Partners and over a 30-year career focused around information technology has held various positions within large organizations. Moving into the Microsoft services arena 20 years ago, Pete has been managing IT services companies specializing in this technology and for the last 10 years has served as Valore Partner’s General Manager.

Jeremy Campbell

is a cofounder of Valore Partners and has spent 20 years of his career in human capital management for the technology industry. Jeremy is a Certified Human Capital Strategist and has the exceptional ability to identify and retain some of the best technical talent in the Southwest. Jeremy is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. He holds a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management and M.A. in Organizational Development.

Gary Willman

is an executive with three decades of experience managing the operations and sales functions of software organizations. A Microsoft alum who owned the P&L for the southwest US business, Gary also led the national reorganization of Microsoft Consulting, as well as US sales for the Business Tools division. For the last 10 years he has worked as a software consultant, including a stint with an SAP software integrator.

Patrick McCarthy

is a veteran engineer with 20+ years of enterprise systems and software development experience across a wide variety of verticals.  With proven success building end-to-end business solutions and managing development teams, Patrick is responsible for leading the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence,  and Strategy & Project Services practices.  Patrick is also responsible for designing the practice offerings, developing IP, business development and thought leadership.

Bert Solano

is a software architect with 14 years of software development and management experience with Microsoft technology and development tools. Responsible for delivery oversight for all engagements within the Collaboration and Infrastructure practices as well as directing / mentoring consulting team. Bert is also responsible for creation of practice offerings, IP, business development and thought leadership. He owns technical sales, account strategy, scope and proposal estimation and generation for the practice.

Jason Smith

is an executive with more than 13 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and building high performance sales teams.  During his career Jason has managed 20+ person sales teams for a large Fortune 500 technology hardware and professional services organization generating over $50 million in revenue across multiple technologies.  Jason has an extensive background in generating new business, sales and marketing planning along with forging strong relationships with business partners with an emphasis on Microsoft solutions for the last 8 years.
